People are finally starting to get it.

Our health isn’t failing us, our food system is.

That’s nothing new, but Covid has made it clear, because diet-related diseases like heart disease and high blood pressure are among the most significant risk factors for hospitalization and death from the virus. Proper healthcare can help, but in the face of the fact that three out of every four American adults are overweight or obese it’s fighting a losing battle.

We can do better. We have to do better.

Yes, government can be part of the solution, but it’s the innovative companies that are building a better, more sustainable food system that will eventually solve this problem.

We need healthier foods, at lower cost, that are available to everyone. Not someday. Now.
